A federal judge has delayed the trial of John “Herm” Suplizio and co-defendant Roberta Shaffer until Oct. 5, 2026, granting an uncontested motion for a continuance just days after jury selection had been set to begin June 1.
According to WTAJ News, the case, which stems from a federal indictment announced nearly three years ago, includes multiple theft charges alleging the misuse of public and nonprofit funds.
