One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash at a Jefferson County intersection on March 12, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Authorities said a 2016 Ford F-150 driven by a 64-year-old Walston man failed to stop at a posted sign at McDivitt and Porter roads and struck a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox operated by a 45-year-old Punxsutawney woman. The impact sent the SUV off the roadway and down an embankment. The woman suffered suspected minor injuries, while the other driver was not hurt. Both were wearing seat belts.
The SUV was disabled, and the driver of the pickup was cited for failing to stop and yield.
