A 26-year-old Reynoldsville man is facing multiple charges after allegedly stealing materials and fuel from a Warsaw Township job site.
According to ExploreJeffersonPa.Com, Mark Anthony Fitzgerald, who worked as a contractor for the township between July and October 2025, used township equipment without authorization to remove about 46 tons of gravel valued at more than $1,100 and transported it to his residence. Investigators also allege Fitzgerald took gasoline on two occasions for his personal work truck, totaling about $80. Fitzgerald reportedly told police he believed he had permission to use the fuel.
Fitzgerald is charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and multiple counts of theft, and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing May 12.
