A 34-year-old Rimersburg woman is facing felony charges after allegedly shooting a man during an altercation Tuesday evening in Madison Township, Clarion County.
Troopers say Tiffany Nicole Sleigher allegedly retrieved a firearm and shot a 32-year-old man in the chest during a verbal dispute at a residence along Route 861 around 5:11 p.m. March 10. ExploreClarion.Com reports, the victim was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital for treatment, and his condition has not been released.
Sleigher was arraigned early Wednesday on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, bail was set at $250,000 cash, and she was taken to the Clarion County Jail after failing to post bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 24.
