Four people were arrested and charged with felony burglary after state police say they were caught fleeing an abandoned warehouse along Route 119 early Monday morning.
According to ExploreJeffersonPa.Com,authorities allege the suspects were seen running from the former Waltman’s Bargain and Mattress Outlet after a cellular camera alerted the property owner, who went to the scene and contacted police. Investigators recovered stolen jewelry and other items, along with suspected drugs and paraphernalia, and took all four into custody.
The suspects remain jailed in Jefferson County Prison after failing to post bail and are scheduled for preliminary hearings March 12.
