A 71-year-old Clearfield County woman is facing multiple felony charges after state police determined a January mobile home fire was intentionally set, causing an estimated $100,000 in damage.
Authorities said Karen Sue Barger of Woodland is charged with arson, risking catastrophe and reckless endangerment following a Jan. 29 fire at a residence on Graham Road. Two residents were identified as victims, along with a local fire department and an insurance company.
Barger posted $100,000 bail through a bondsman and is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing Tuesday before a district judge.
