A DuBois woman has been jailed after state police said she sold methamphetamine to an undercover trooper and later kept money meant for a second drug purchase without delivering the drugs.
Heather Renee Territo, 32, was arraigned on felony drug charges and misdemeanor theft counts following a Pennsylvania State Police Troop C Vice Unit investigation. Authorities said she sold about an ounce of methamphetamine during a controlled buy in September and accepted $500 in advance for another deal in December but never returned with the drugs or the cash.
Territo is being held in the Jefferson County Jail after failing to post bail, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled March 10 before David B. Inzana.
