In boys action, St. Marys topped Punxsutawney 50-42 and Johnsonburg defeated Brockway 51-32 in D9 Central League play, while Clearfield earned a 75-61 win over Penns Valley in LHAC East. Non-conference victories went to Forest Area over Austin 58-45, Bradford over Smethport 60-25, Elk County Catholic over Clarion 61-39, Curwensville over DuBois Central Catholic 66-38, Brookville over Keystone 59-45, Moniteau over Marion Center 75-72 in overtime, North Clarion over Karns City 42-40, and Ridgway over Union 53-49 in double overtime, with Eisenhower beating Port Allegany 71-46 in a D9/10 crossover.
On the girls side, Kane defeated Brockway 51-40, Moniteau topped Forest Area 51-24, Keystone beat Redbank Valley 53-41, and Clearfield edged Penns Valley 65-60. NTL winners included Austin over Oswayo Valley 39-12, and Non-conference results saw Clarion-Limestone defeat Ridgway 65-36, Clarion beat Curwensville 41-22, North Clarion over Union/A-C Valley 61-32, and DuBois topping Central Mountain 48-28.
