A pickup truck landed in a ditch after colliding with a snow plow during a passing attempt early Jan. 14 in Fox Township, Elk County, Pennsylvania State Police said.
Troopers said a 65-year-old Sheffield man driving north on Hoovertown Road attempted to pass a snow plow as the plow truck was making a left turn into a parking area, causing the pickup to strike the plow. The pickup sustained severe damage and was towed, while the plow truck suffered minor damage and was driven from the scene.
