Three teenagers have been charged in connection with a late-night assault at a gathering in Winslow Township that left a victim with a fractured shoulder.
Pennsylvania State Police said the incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. Nov. 29 on Palumbo Road, where investigators allege the victim was struck from behind and then beaten while on the ground by the three defendants. Police said the victim suffered a fractured scapula and eye injuries and is expected to be unable to work for six to eight weeks.
