Brookville Borough Police responded to a reported disturbance Jan. 14 involving a 37-year-old man accused of trespassing and using obscene language.
Police said the man refused to leave the scene after being asked multiple times and was later found to be operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended.
Charges were filed through the office of Magisterial District Judge Gregory Bazylak.
