A DuBois man is facing stalking and harassment charges in Jefferson County after police say he sent multiple unsolicited sexually explicit images to his former case manager.
ExploreJeffersonPa.Com reports, Brockway Borough police allege 42-year-old Carl Wagner sent 13 lewd photographs to the victim’s work cellphone on two dates earlier this month without consent, causing emotional distress.
Court records show charges were filed Jan. 15, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 17 before Magisterial District Judge David Inzana.
