A Clearfield County man is jailed after police say he struck a woman with a frying pan during a domestic disturbance at a Bowes Street home.
Authorities said 34-year-old Ryan Held was found nude and covered in laundry detergent when officers arrived Tuesday morning and later refused commands to get dressed, leading to his forcible transport to Penn Highlands Clearfield, where he allegedly exposed himself again.
Online court records show Held faces misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
