A Brockway woman is facing two felony charges after Pennsylvania State Police say store surveillance video captured her stealing copper piping and plumbing hardware from a Washington Township business in Jefferson County.
According to ExploreJeffersonPa.Com, DuBois-based troopers charged 39-year-old Dana N. Thomas with felony retail theft and theft by unlawful taking after an investigation determined she allegedly under-rang items during a November 7 incident at a Route 219 hardware store, with stolen merchandise valued at more than $300. Court records show a summons was issued Dec. 15, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 15 before Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana.
Charges have not yet been filed against a second individual seen in the video.
