A passenger was taken to the hospital following a single-vehicle crash Monday afternoon on Clay Plant Road in Jefferson County, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Troopers said the crash occurred around 2:33 p.m. Dec. 15 when a vehicle traveling east failed to negotiate a curve, left the roadway, and struck a boulder. The driver, Dawnann R. Ogden, 23, of Reynoldsville, was not injured. A passenger, Jennifer J. Snyder, 23, of DuBois, was transported to Penn Highlands DuBois with injuries of unknown severity.
Ogden was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.
