A tractor-trailer driver was hospitalized with suspected serious injuries after his rig overturned on Interstate 80 in Clearfield County, state police said.
Jua M. Harris, 44, of Columbus, Ohio, lost control of his 2018 Freightliner around 7:17 a.m. Dec. 2 near the eastbound 106 mile marker. Troopers said the truck veered off the road and overturned, causing disabling damage. Harris, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken by Penn Highlands EMS.
Police cited him for driving too fast for conditions. D&T Towing and PennDOT assisted at the scene.
