Authorities in Jefferson County say a former Greater Johnstown School District cafeteria worker has been charged after allegedly attempting to meet whom he believed was a 15-year-old girl for sex.
WJAC News reports, 39-year-old John Oliver Jr. engaged in explicit online conversations with members of the 814 Pred Hunters group, who were posing as a teen, before he was arrested Friday in Brookville.
District officials confirmed Oliver last worked for the school nearly two years ago.
Oliver is jailed on multiple criminal-attempt charges, with bail set at $80,000.
