A New York truck driver has been cited after losing control of his rig on a snowy stretch of Interstate 80 in Sandy Township, blocking both eastbound lanes late Monday.
According to the PSP report, his disabled tractor-trailer was then hit by a second truck whose driver was unable to stop on the slick roadway.
No injuries were reported, and both drivers were wearing seat belts, according to state police in DuBois.
