Police are searching for a Jefferson County Prison inmate who went missing while on work release, prompting precautionary lockdowns across the DuBois Area School District.
Officials said the district implemented a modified lockdown, limiting outdoor activities but allowing classes to continue. DuBois City Police said Pennsylvania State Police are leading the investigation.
