All charges have been withdrawn against a Rimersburg man accused of crashing a stolen motorcycle and possessing illegal drugs and a handgun.
According to court records, the charges against 38-year-old Shawn Howard Kightlinger were withdrawn during an Oct. 21 preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Jeffrey C. Miller.
