A Knox man left the scene after his pickup truck struck an embankment and rolled over along Route 839 in Armstrong County, state police said.
Troopers said 34-year-old Frederick M. Bartell was driving north around 6:25 p.m. Oct. 19 when his 2025 RAM went off the road near Route 1028. Bartell was not at the scene when police arrived, and it was unclear if he was injured.
The truck was towed by Martin’s Diesel Towing. Police cited him for driving at an unsafe speed.
