State police say a Massachusetts woman fell asleep at the wheel and crashed on Interstate 80 in Clarion Township on Saturday morning.
Troopers say 67-year-old Karen D. Leard of Sudbury was driving east when her SUV drifted off the road, hit an embankment, and came to rest on the berm. Leard and her passenger, 59-year-old Steven J. Decker of New Hampshire, were not injured.
Leard was cited for a traffic violation. The crash occurred Saturday October 25th around 9:00 a.m.
