A 65-year-old Townville man has been charged with harassment after allegedly approaching juveniles and placing his hands on them during a youth football game at Clarion-Limestone School District.
ExploreClarion.Com reports, the contact was non-sexual but unwanted. Students reported the incident to an adult, who confronted the man and later alerted staff. The suspect, who has not been publicly identified, was turned over to state police after being escorted from the property.
School officials praised the students for their quick response and emphasized their commitment to student safety.
