A Clarion man is facing theft charges after allegedly accepting $125 for car parts on Facebook Marketplace and failing to deliver them.
Police say 42-year-old David James Kahle admitted he had the parts but never shipped them, despite repeated promises and warnings from investigators.
Kahle was charged on Sept. 8 with two misdemeanor counts of theft. His preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 7 before Judge Timothy P. Schill.
