A Clarion man is facing multiple felony charges after police say DNA evidence linked him to a stolen pistol found during a stop at the Toby boat launch on July 28, 2024.
According to ExploreClarion.Com, 33-year-old Kenton Pinson was arrested after officers spotted marijuana in plain view and later found drugs, paraphernalia, and a loaded Diamondback .380 pistol inside the vehicle. DNA results from this past July identified Pinson as the primary contributor to the weapon.
Charges were officially filed on August 25, 2025. A preliminary hearing is pending.
