A semi-truck overturned on Interstate 80 early Saturday after the driver lost control on a curve, Pennsylvania State Police said.
The crash happened around 12:19 a.m. Aug. 23 near mile marker 44 westbound. Troopers said Ricardo Nolasco-Valdez, 36, of Wyoming, Mich., was driving a 2007 International semi when he failed to negotiate a left-hand curve, over-corrected, and overturned.
Nolasco-Valdez, who was wearing a seatbelt, suffered minor injuries and was taken by Emlenton Area Ambulance Service. The truck was towed by Hovis Towing. He was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.
