Jefferson County authorities say an Oil City man is facing charges after allegedly threatening to kill a county judge, a woman, and her young child during a custody dispute.
Brookville Police report that Zachary Mangum made the threats earlier this month. The woman, who had previously filed for a PFA against him, told police she still feared for her and her child’s safety.
Mangum is charged with three counts of terroristic threats and one count of harassment, according to court records.
