Federal prosecutors say Kris Nevling built the package bomb that killed 34-year-old Shanna Carlson in Clearfield in 2019 to settle a drug debt.
An ATF expert testified the device was designed to be triggered by Carlson, while witnesses linked alleged accomplice Clint Addleman to supplying parts and labeling the package.
The defense argued no one saw Nevling and Addleman together.
Nevling faces explosives and conspiracy charges that could bring life in prison if convicted.
