A 20-year-old Punxsutawney man is charged with assault after a fight at Sycamore Apartments left another man bleeding, police said.
According to court documents, Jacob Paul Bianco turned himself in on July 17, admitting to punching the man multiple times after an exchange of derogatory remarks. A witness told police Bianco was the only one throwing punches.
Bianco waived his preliminary hearing and is free on $5,000 bail.
