A Montgomery County woman has been charged in Indiana County with corruption of minors.
Rebecca Jean Kaelin, 62, of North Wales, allegedly engaged in inappropriate conversations with a 17-year-old cyber school student while employed as a teacher with the Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School. Troopers say the interactions, captured on a home “nanny-cam,” included discussions about religion, sexuality, mental health, and plans for the teen to live with her.
A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 22.
