A Mahaffey man suffered minor injuries after swerving to avoid a deer and crashing into a tree on Route 36 in Gaskill Township on July 12.
State police say Shawn K. Bair struck the deer, lost control, and went off the road. He was cited for a traffic violation but was not taken for medical treatment.
