Two Kersey men were hospitalized after an ATV crash Thursday evening in Jay Township.
State Police say Luke Losey, 37, lost control of the speeding ATV while trying to avoid a slowing vehicle, causing it to overturn. Both he and passenger Tyrel Woelfel, 33, were ejected and not wearing seat belts.
Woelfel suffered serious injuries; Losey’s condition is unclear.
