According to Triple A the national average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline is now $3.22, whereas a year ago it was $3.63.
Locally, Jefferson, Clearfield and Indiana Counties are standing around $3.55 per gallon, Clarion has the lowest in our area at $3.50.
