The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office has concluded its investigation into former DuBois City Police Chief Blaine Clark, finding no evidence to support criminal charges.
WTAJ News reports, while the investigation cited concerns about Clark’s performance, internal policy violations, and a lack of understanding of legal principles, officials determined there was not enough proof of criminal intent. Clark, who was fired in April 2024, has filed a civil lawsuit against the city and several officials, claiming wrongful termination.
A decision in that case is still pending.
