A Johnstown woman who pleaded guilty to drug charges in federal court last week was one of 31 defendants in a multi-state drug ring that was busted up in 2021.
Members of the operation distributed heroin and cocaine base drugs in western Pennsylvania, including in Indiana County. 40-year-old Amanda Weidner pleaded guilty Wednesday to one count of heroin and cocaine trafficking. She could be sentenced to as much as twenty years in prison and a fine of up to one million dollars.
Sentencing is set for January 7th
