A Clarion man, Charles Edward Walker, was charged with disorderly conduct after allegedly causing a disturbance and arguing with a woman at a family event on August 13, in Clarion Township.
ExploreClarion.com reports, the incident took place at a community gathering hosted by the Fraternal Order of Eagles, where children and families were present. Despite warnings from the Clarion County Sheriff’s deputies to stop using foul language, Walker is accused of acting aggressively and was eventually asked to leave.
He faces a misdemeanor charge and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for September 10.
