State Police arrested 24-year-old James Paul Branoff II of New Cumberland after discovering a stolen license plate and expired registration on his motorcycle during a traffic stop.
ExpolreClarion.Com is reporting, Branoff was found near railroad tracks on Bells Mills Cloe Road on June 14, after a tip led police to the location. He was taken into custody due to active warrants and was found with a motorcycle purchased under questionable circumstances on Facebook Marketplace.
The motorcycle had a stolen plate and was not properly registered or insured. Branoff faces several charges, including receiving stolen property and driving without a license. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 12.
