Eric Albert Pheiff, 47 years old from Knox, is facing criminal charges after allegedly grabbing the steering wheel during an argument, causing a rollover crash on Paint Boulevard on June 13.
ExploreCLarion.Com reports, Pheiff and another man argued while driving on Route 322, leading Pheiff to grab the wheel and crash the vehicle into a guide rail and tree. Open alcohol containers were found in the car, and all occupants were taken to hospitals for treatment.
Charges were filed on July 16.
