A Morrisdale man, Clint Addleman, already serving time in state prison on drug charges, will stand trial for allegedly intimidating witnesses related to the overdose death of Dalton Edward Cole in 2019.
A GantNews.com article says, Addleman faces multiple felony charges that stem from a grand jury investigation into Cole’s death, where it was revealed that Addleman discouraged witnesses from calling 911 as Cole lay unresponsive from a drug overdose in Addleman’s basement. Witnesses testified that Addleman attempted to cover up the incident and threatened those who might talk.
He waived his right to a preliminary hearing, and his case will proceed to the Court of Common Pleas. He remains in prison with a $200,000 bail.
