A Northern Cambria man was in court yesterday for a status conference for his case where he was charged with drug possession in 2019.
41-year-old Troy Bingaman faces charges including, possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia. The charges go back to August 15th of 2019, when he was pulled over by police near Franklin and Elm Streets in Clymer. When police searched his vehicle, they found a backpack that had 20 stamp bags of suspected heroin, a bag of meth, Klonopin pills, a meth pipe, a digital scale, and other drug paraphernalia items.
Jury selection for his trial is scheduled for August 21st.
