A Cherry Tree man was charged in a drug related incident following a two-month investigation in Indiana County.
57-year-old Greg Gordish faces charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver along with other related charges for two seprate incidents. The first happened in May when members of the county Drug Task Force conducted a controlled purchase of methamphetamine from Gordish. Then, in June, another controlled purchase was conducted, and it was discovered Gordish allegedly sold a mixture of heroin and fentanyl to a confidential informant.
Two separate criminal complaints were filed before Magisterial Judge Guy Haberl.
