Charges have been filed against a 45 year old man for allegedly abusing a child.
Brookville Police report the incident happened in the borough on September 16th when a child was hit with a board by their guardian and on another occasion investigators say the minor had their head hit off a wall three to four times, punched in the chest and then kicked while on the floor.
