A 33 year old Glen Richey man was captured by the state police twice over the holiday weekend.
WTAJ reports, on Saturday Robert Runyan was pulled over by the Pennsylvania State Police on the Clearfield Shawville Highway for a traffic stop. The online report says Runyan attempted to flee; however, when he drove down a dead end road he left his car and fled into the woods where was caught behind a convenience store.
