A man from DuBois has been charged with Felony Homicide by Vehicle while DUI and Homicide by Vehicle for an incident that happened last month in Pine Township of Clearfield County.
According to GantDaily.com, Pennsylvania State Police in Clearfield filed charges against 21-year-old Paul Lenze for the crash that occurred on July 10th around 6 pm at the intersection of State Park and Anderson Creek roads. The published report says Lenze hit the back of a motorcycle and then drove over the bike, injuring the driver 53-year-old Michael Solida of DuBois; however, his passenger 57-year-old Linda Solida, also of Dubois, was pronounced dead by the Clearfield County Coroner.
Lastly, the online source says on July 28, a toxicology report indicated Lenze was under the influence of various drugs.
