Charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment were filed through Magistrate Bazylak’s office for an incident that happened on Saturday night around 9.
Few details were released by the Brookville Borough Police, who were investigating a fight at a fast food restaurant along the Allegheny Boulevard, where the defendant began shouting obscenities at a manager and calling for the police. The suspect allegedly spat in the face of the victim.
