A man from Glen Campbell was charged with Indecent Exposure, Open Lewdness and Disorderly Conduct in Pine Township of Clearfield County.
Pennsylvania State Police in Clearfield say the incident occurred this past Sunday evening around 7 at the Curwensville Lake, when 19-year-old Daniel Heitzenrater allegedly went into the women’s changing room and started to perform self sex in front of two 17 year old females.
Charges were filed at the District Court, and Heitzenrater was taken to the Clearfield County Jail where he awaits arraignment.
