On Saturday a 20 year-old man from Clarion was arraigned for Statuary Sexual Assault, plus six other charges.
Pennsylvania State Police say on June 3rd around 1:30 PM they received a report of a 14-year-old female from Foxburg who was allegedly assaulted by Garrett Wetzel. According to the police, Wetzel admitted to having sexual intercourse four separate times with the victim.
Following a consent to search Wetzel’s phone authorities report several nude images of the victim were discovered. He was taken into custody and charged.
