A 3-year-old boy from Rimersburg who tested positive for meth prompted the Pennsylvania State Police Clarion Crime Unit to launch an investigation into child endangerment.
The Pennsylvania State Police say the incident allegedly happened between May 1st through the 22nd along Bald Eagle Street in Sligo of Clarion County.
No other details were released and the investigation is listed as ongoing.
