A man in Jefferson County who was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor confessed to the assault of three other children over the past six years.
ExploreJeffersonPA.com reports, 31-year-old Andy Ryan Powell is facing seven charges filed by the Brookville Borough Police Department, including: Felony One Rape of A Child.
Powell was arraigned yesterday morning according to the published report, and unable to post $100,000.00 monetary bail, he’s in the Jefferson County Jail. A preliminary hearing has not yet been scheduled.
