State police say a Canoe Township man is facing charges after a domestic argument turned physical on Monday night.
31-year-old Brian Kirbaugh is accused of hitting a 39-year-old woman over the head with a window fan during an altercation at a home on Central Street in Rossiter. Charges have not yet been filed.
Kirbaugh is already facing court action for a harassment charge filed in February. The case is listed as awaiting a plea.
